The Roadmap to Completion.
To achieve our goal of opening the building in November 2026, we have split our milestones into four (4) phases as described below. Please join us in prayer and consider making a generous donation to help close the funding gap.
Phase 1: Utilities
Electrical wiring, piping, sewage systems
Phase 2: Utilities
Flooring, POP, ceilings, doors, painting.
Phase 3: Systems
Solar power, sound, IT, security, HVAC.
Phase 4: External
Landscapes, gate, interlocking, parking.
2025 has been an eventful year! We thank you and your family for supporting the IVCU Mission, enabled by the Lord. Reflecting on 2025, we’re grateful for the milestones achieved, thanks to your contributions. The IVCU Legacy Project target is N300 million, and we’ve reached 41% of this goal.
Highlighting a Recent Donation
The alumni fellowship recently received a generous $10,000 donation toward the IVCU Legacy of Faith Building campaign. This gift allows us to complete the installation of windows on the ground and first floors. We thank God and the Faith Fellowship USA for this huge contribution, and we will keep you updated on the progress to complete this building by November 21, 2026, through faith.

Our vision is closer than ever!
A few years ago, a vision was born – a vision to build a remarkable legacy building, a haven of inspiration, repose and collective ownership for the IVCUAF community. This is the IVCU Legacy building. The IVCU Legacy Building is a multi-function facility that includes a 500-seater auditorium, residential quarters for students, other amenities and office spaces to serve as a secretariat for the fellowship. This is more than just a building – it will be our home, our sanctuary, a place to preserve our shared legacy of faith, and a launching pad for future impactful ministries.
Since acquiring the land in 2009, the work has steadily advanced, and the Lord has been faithful. Over the past 2 years, we have made remarkable progress thanks to the increased awareness outreach to alumni members across different countries. We are closer to our goal. However, there is still much work to be done.
